Slimming World #5
I had last week off as annual leave to spend some time with the boys. Bar Wednesday we had a pretty busy week catching up with friends and enjoying the sun when it decided to make an appearance. I managed to be on plan around 90% of the time which I thought was pretty good considering!
How did I do?
-1lb
Total loss to date: -11lb
I am SOOO close to that 1 stone loss! I must try and squeeze some exercise in this week as I have not touched any of my work out DVDs for nearly two weeks!
Favourite Meal of the week
Beef Bourguignon – it took around 2 hours to cook but it was sooo worth it. The flavours we so rich and heartwarming.

Dinner – Harissa chicken with rice and vegetables

Breakfast – Beans on toast
Lunch – Jacket potato with tuna and sweetcorn
Dinner – Lamb tagine

Dinner – Steak Bearnaise with Boulangere Potatoes

Thanks Stevie – it’s been a long time coming! Had this weekend off though as we were away at friends at the weekend and am dreading stepping back on those scales already!! x
