We enjoyed the glorious sunshine this weekend with a trip to Brighton. We went on the @brightoni360official which is right by the sea front.
The i360 pod take a slow journey up, allowing you to take in views across Brighton and the South Downs 450ft above ground. There’s a bar inside with drinks and snacks available to purchase and the experience lasts 25 minutes.
Afterwards, we headed to the open air roller rink for a roller skating session!

![[AD] The sun has finally made an appearance and the boys have been making the most of it by spending it
in the garden.

Last weekend we were invited to try out @tsarettaspice’s new Bottomless Brunch menu and I can tell you it was thumbs up all round!

![📚 Are you ready for World Book Day? 📚
[AD - Gifted] I don't know about you, but I have never made the boys a costume for #WorldBookDay. I just don't have it in me to be creative that way. Their costumes have always been bought or cobbled together with what we already have, and luckily, the school allow you to wear pyjamas to school, which makes things a lot easier!
M has been living in his @TheRealTomGates pyjamas recently, and I think he might wear these when his World Book Day dress-up day comes around (the school celebrate with Book Week rather than just Book Day)
The boys have been fans of Tom Gates for a while now. M has always loved reading books that make him laugh and contain humour - they tend to keep him engaged in reading.

We went to check out the newly opened @laserquestkingston last week.
Laser Quest, VR Experiences and Arcades all under one roof means only one thing - bundles of fun and games for the kids at really affordable prices.
Laser Quest games start from just £7.95 but you can also buy a Laserquest and VR Experience combo pass.
You need to purchase tokens for the arcades (they’re all 1 token to play). Arcade tokens are 6 for £5 or 12 for £10
Feeling super lucky that this is practically on our doorstep and we will definitely be back again because Mr H came second in our Laser Quest game and refuses to be beaten by E!

Many of us enjoy playing online games. It’s a great way to have fun, kill time and even make new friends. There are lots of different types of online games — strategy, role-playing, shooter, survival and more — with new ones popping up all the time. In fact, there are so many great online games available that it can be hard to choose which one to play next. Online gaming is a big part of many people’s lives in this digital age we live in. Whether you prefer something strategic like chess or something more fast-paced like virtual reality games, there’s something for everyone out there.
Why play online games?
Some people like to play online games as a hobby, others enjoy playing them for relaxation as a way to unwind after a stressful day at work and others choose to play them as a form of escapism. While you can play some games solo, many games are designed to be played in groups, allowing you to interact with others, make friends, and even network. If you enjoy playing strategic games, playing online games is a great way to improve your cognitive function and hone your strategic thinking skills.

I am one of those people that enjoy puzzle and word games (especially Wordle!) I like to think it keeps my brain ticking over – not to mention I enjoy doing a daily challenge! At the end of my work day, I’ve also been heading over to plays.org to play some of their games. They have thousands of different types of online games including character-themed games which are great for kids, racing, puzzle, logic and quiz type games.
I particularly enjoy Charge It where you have to work out how to plug in chargers without moving the phones.
I’ve also been playing Bridge Hopper – another logic-based game where you have a number of steps to get the bunny across the bridges that open and close to collect the carrots.
My boys have seen me playing these games and have also taken an interest in playing them. My youngest has enjoyed playing Car Rush, a racing game where you have to beat the clock to finish a lap before you can proceed to the next level.
Online gaming is a great way to have fun, socialise and improve your cognitive function. Whether you enjoy something more strategic or prefer something more fast-paced, there are plenty of games out there to choose from. If you’re someone who enjoys online gaming, there are many ways to make the most out of playing online games.
