Interview with E, aged 6

Around this time last year, I did a couple of interview style post with the boys and loved being able to record their responses to look back on. It’s been fun so I thought it would be a good idea to ask another set of questions this year.

Interview with E, aged 6

Let’s see what E had to say for himself!

1. How old are you?
6

2. What is your favourite TV show?
Danger Mouse

This is news to me. I think he’s only watched it a few times at home. Possibly he gets to watch this at school.

3. What is your favourite thing about school?
Maths

Another surprising answer. I thought he would say “Creative Writing” because he loves writing stories

4. What are you best at doing?
Building Lego

5. What’s your favourite colour?
It’s sooo hard! Ermmm… I’ll go for Red

I thought he would have chosen Blue as he’s never favoured Red before….mmmmmm

6. What’s your favourite toy?
That’s hard! Space Wars

We were sent this to review this week so it’s been “*the* toy to play with at the moment

7. What do you want to be when you grow up?
A Footballer

Interesting to see that this hasn’t changed from last year. Only he told me he didn’t want to continue with Football last term so I’m a bit confused. Kids ‘eh? They love to keep you on your toes!

8. What is the most disgusting thing you can think of?
(cue mad laughter!) Holding someone’s brains!!!

Yep that’s pretty gross!

9. Favourite movie?
Inside Out

10. Favourite food?
Food? Chicken nuggets

Same as last year!

11. Who is your best friend?
Euell

12.Your favourite holiday you’ve been on so far?
The place in Novotel…. Lisbon!

Ahhh yes I think it’s still the most talked about holiday ever since we returned. They both keep asking when we will go back!

12. What’s the funniest thing you’ve ever seen?
Oh my god! I don’t know!!

14. What do you love most about M?
That he’s funny and makes me laugh

Sounds about right!

I seem to be very surprised by some of E’s answers at the moment. Must make a mental note to try harder at extracting information about what he’s been up to at school!

I hope you enjoyed reading these interview with my eldest. M’s will be up next week.

Why not try this out with your children? Let me know what answers they come up with – I would love to know and would be happy to feature some in a future blog post!
