Slimming World #4
We chopped and changed our meal plan quite a bit last week. We were invited to a very impromptu dinner over at one of E’s school friends when he broke up for the summer on Tuesday we the boys ended up eating pizza whilst the adults enjoyed some delicious Lebanese food. I stuck to Slimming World as and when I could throughout the week but enjoyed a lovely Las Iguanas lunch on Friday before taking the boys to watch Minions. Saturday we went to London to Shrek’s Adventure and The London Aquarium (more on those to come in a future post) and on Sunday we were testing out some gorgeous spice kit that we were sent by Hari Ghotra
How did I do?

Total loss to date: -10lb
This result really is no surprise as I was not completely on plan. I am on annual leave this week will endeavour to stick to Slimming World as much as I can as I really really want to hit that 1 stone loss! Once I do hit that loss (I am confident I will!) I may be brave and post up some progress pics to see if you can see any difference!

Pork escalope with swede mash – this is the second time we’ve had this now and love that it is so easy to cook up.

Tuesday
Breakfast – Boiled eggs with soldiers
Lunch – Chickpea salad
Dinner – Pork meatballs in roasted vegetable sauce
Wednesday
Breakfast – Special K
Lunch – Chicken Caesar Salad
Dinner – Beef bourguignon
Thursday
Breakfast – Beans on toast
Lunch – Jacket potato with tuna and sweetcorn
Dinner – Spanish omelette and chips
Friday
Breakfast – Special K
Lunch – Ham and egg muffins
Dinner – Chicken provencal with Potato Dauphinoise
