Half-term fun in the sun – Living Arrows 22/52

We have been really spoilt with the weather over the last few weeks and even though we haven’t been out, the boys have made full use of our garden and under the circumstances, they’ve had a lovely half-term.

We all had a huge water fight on Bank Holiday Monday – complete with water balloons that we were sent from Zuru. The boys were in their absolute element.

They also finally decided they wanted to have the paddling pool out so spent hours playing games that they had created.

The end of half-term also marked the end of birthday season with my birthday. We had a homemade afternoon tea as a special treat and I was also treated to a yummy cake from M&S.

I can’t quite believe that this is the last school break before they end their school year. I am not convinced they will be back at school before September, which means we have another 8 weeks of homeschooling to go! Although the boys have taken to homeschooling, they are really missing their friends and are desperate to have that social interaction again. I am really thankful that they have each other to play with and that they generally get on well.

I’m sharing weekly photos of the boys to celebrate their childhood and linking up to the Living Arrows linky
