We enjoyed the glorious sunshine this weekend with a trip to Brighton. We went on the @brightoni360official which is right by the sea front.
The i360 pod take a slow journey up, allowing you to take in views across Brighton and the South Downs 450ft above ground. There’s a bar inside with drinks and snacks available to purchase and the experience lasts 25 minutes.
Afterwards, we headed to the open air roller rink for a roller skating session!

in the garden.

Last weekend we were invited to try out @tsarettaspice’s new Bottomless Brunch menu and I can tell you it was thumbs up all round!
There’s a good choice tapas on offer from Punjabi fish fingers, Indo Chinese Chicken to Spiced Lamb Scotch Eggs and Manchurian Cauliflower (which was amazing!)

This months Favourite Fives are…
1. The Garden
Spring is here!! The boys and I are so excited to be able to use this outdoor space again! E loves playing outside and bouncing on his trampoline and me? I just love the fact that I can start hanging out my washing on the line rather than having it draped all over the house! Can’t wait for the even warmer weather for lovely garden picnics and barbecues!
2. Uptown Funk – Bruno Mars
This is currently what my boys love to have a boogie too. You can check out the original video on YouTube or check out my boys dance moves below!
3. Carte D’or Chocolate Inspiration
Hubby bought this home one evening as it was on offer and we haven’t looked back since. The whole family is in love with this chocolate and vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce and chocolate pieces – its delicious! E gets very excited when we have it and its officially referred to as “Daddy’s favourite ice cream”
4. Scotch pancakes
The boys always seems to have the same things for breakfast – weetabix, cheerios and their trusty favourite brioche! They have now also discovered toasted scotch pancakes and this is becoming one of E’s usual request in the morning. Delicious.
5. Form Mixxit White Cube Shelving
I’m a sucker for good storage solutions and our dining room has been crying out for some as we were just using plastic drawers. Finally got round to getting this and it makes such a difference to our room!
