How to know what your kids are doing even when you’re not home
If you are a parent, you are most likely at the mercy of your children when you are away from home. After having children who can practically flip a house upside down in minutes, you will never comprehend how quiet and peaceful it is to return to a clean and well-organised home. Apart from scattering, your children may inadvertently injure themselves while playing, and it is critical that you are aware of or can observe what your children are up to so you can assist when necessary.

Factors to consider
There are legal as well as psychological ramifications for leaving your youngster at home by themselves. The consequences of leaving children unsupervised, if they are not of legal age, may be severe, unless you have a responsible adult to supervise them. They should also be mentally developed enough to be at home alone, regardless of where they are. You should also take precautions to ensure that they do not feel abandoned. When deciding whether or not to leave your children at home, consider whether they are mature enough to be on their own when the school bus drops them off. If they are not, the situation might quickly spiral out of control. In the case where kids are grown enough to be left alone, numerous considerations should be taken into consideration. Leaving children alone at home should also include going over safety plans and procedures with them so that they are prepared to respond if the need arises when they are alone. When an emergency occurs, they should have a list of people to contact to assist them. Here’s how you can go about knowing what your kids are up to when they’re home alone.
Install security cameras
Installing security cameras in your home allows you to leave your children at home while still knowing what they are up to during the day. This is not only safe since you can see everything they do, but it also works as a deterrent to them because they know their parents are watching and will pull them up if they do something wrong. Security cameras from www.jmcsecure.co.uk are not intended to invade their personal space in any way, but rather to serve as a safety precaution to ensure that they do not endanger themselves. Because many people believe that security cameras spy on them, many people choose not to install them. However, if you employ the services of a nanny or have someone watch your children, security cameras are required to keep an eye on them at all times.
Get help

When you’re not at home, hiring a babysitter or a neighbour to keep an eye on your children is another option for keeping track of their activities. This is good since they will have an adult with them who will be able to safeguard them while it also allows you to remain calm. Leaving your children with strangers, on the other hand, is not a good idea, so make sure to conduct background checks on your nannies and establish trust with your neighbours if you’re leaving your children with them.
Parental controls
There are numerous examples of this, and we’re not just talking about remote controllers for television sets, WiFi, or even smartphone applications. In the case of children who use cell phones, GPS trackers may be used to keep track of where they are at any given time. There are other apps available that allow you to keep track of their text messages, emails, and social media activity. Essentially, these parental controls will assist you in keeping tabs on your children, allowing you to know where they are, when they are home, and what they are exposed to, all to keep them away from inappropriate content on the internet.
Get feedback
All of the options listed above are viable, but you could also ask your children to keep you informed about whatever they choose to do when they get home. One important lesson to teach your child is to have faith in them, and they should understand that it is your responsibility to be concerned no matter what they do. Having this at the back of their minds will allow them to recognize that your worry comes from a place of love. The advantage of this is that they get to tell you firsthand whatever they are involved in, and this fosters a special best friend link.
You can tell a lot about your children’s upbringing by what they do when they’re alone, and this tells you where they’re lacking and how you might improve as a parent.

in the garden.
They’re go-to is always football and they’ve been trying to improve their aim and accuracy with the new Messi Foldable Footlball goal from the #MessiTrainingSystem range.
I love the fact the goal is foldable, making it easy to store away when not in use. It is also lightweight so you can effortlessly pack it up and take it to the park or to a friend’s house.
The Messi Foldable Football Goal retails at £36 and can be purchased from @argos
