Swashbuckling fun with The Night Pirates at The Rose Theatre

The Night Pirates – a popular children’s book written by Peter Harris and Deborah Allwright has been adapted by Miranda Larson for the stage.

This super fun swashbuckling adventure begins when rough tough little girl pirates attempt to steal the front of Tom’s house. They want to use it to disguise their pirate ship and go after the lazy grown-up pirates who have stolen treasures from Tom’s town.

Tom is very excited at the prospect of an adventure and asks if he can join the rough tough little girl pirates on their quest and so he joins their crew and sets sail to sea!

The Night Pirates is at The Rose Theatre until 16 September 2017

Currently showing at The Rose Theatre, Kingston until 16th September, The Night Pirates will have your children joining Tom and the girl pirate crew in helping them set the world to rights.

The show is suitable for children aged 6+ but with lots of audience participation, it managed to hold M’s attention throughout out the duration of the show. With singing, dancing and funny actions to join in with, the production is well thought out and was a hit with the boys – especially M who’s only 4.
