Both my husband and I remember watching Danger Mouse when we were children and as the old saying goes “they don’t make them like they used to”

Well in the case of Danger Mouse – they do now! The series has been brought back onto CBBC since September 2015. I’m happy to find that they’ve not changed the iconic theme tune and that the animation has stayed very true to the originals.

The show has received over 3.6 million viewers in its first 6 weeks and eager to feed the fan demand Jazwares have launched a new range of Danger Mouse toys.

We were sent a selection of squeezable plush toys from the new range which included Baron Greenback, Penfold and Danger Mouse himself. Each of the plush toys come with three phases from the show and retail at £7.99 each.

The boys loved playing with these and hadn’t actually seen the show before these arrived. E had lots of questions about the characters and picked out straight away that Baron Greenback was the “baddie”

We have since watched a few episodes together and he has enjoyed role-playing with the plushes.

I love that Danger Mouse has been brought back to our screens. It’s part of my childhood that I get to re-live again through the boys!
