Preparing for Back to School with Bassetts Vitamins
With the new school year having started, not only is it time to organise and make sure we have all the back to school essentials it’s also time to gear the boys up for the start of a new term too. They’ve loved every minute of the holidays (minus the obligatory sibling bickering of course) with many a pyjama day combined with lots of outdoor adventures and days out too. But it’s time to get back into the school routine and prepare for a new year of learning.
M has made the jump from Reception to Year 1 this year. It means there’ll be a lot less play involved and more sitting down at desks so he will need to be able to concentrate.
NEW Bassetts Vitamins Omega-3 + Multivitamins Orange Flavour pastilles
Bassetts Vitamins have just launched Omega-3 + Multivitamins Orange Flavour pastilles for 3-6 year-olds that contain vitamin B6 which supports normal psychological function and Vitamin B5 which contributes to mental performance. The boys already take Bassetts Vitamins daily, but these new Omega-3 + Multivitamins contribute to helping me feel reassured that are ready for school feeling bright-eyed and bushy tailed*.
Bassetts Vitamins asked us to let them know how the new vitamins taste by drawing a picture, so M set to work trying them out before putting pen to paper.
After tasting the new pastilles which he deemed “yummy,” he didn’t tell me what he thought they tasted of and just started on his drawing.

Supporting your family’s health
Bassetts Vitamins Omega-3 + Multivitamins Orange Flavour Pastilles help to ensure that your family’s health is supported so that you can concentrate on having quality family time. They contain all of the benefits of Bassetts Vitamins’ much-loved multivitamins, including Vitamin B6 which supports normal psychological function and Vitamin B5 which contributes to mental performance, but with added Omega-3, and have quickly become part of our morning routine. These pastilles ate chewable so the boys have their breakfast before taking their vitamin.

Bassetts Vitamins Omega-3 + Multivitamins come in a “yummy” (M’s words!) orange flavour and are made with natural flavours and colours and contain no added sugar. They retail at £5.50 for a pack of 30 pastilles and are available across the UK from supermarkets and pharmacies.
If you haven’t already, why not give them a try? It could help ease the children back into the school routine a little easier.

*Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a healthy and balanced diet.
*This is a paid collaboration with Bassetts Vitamins

![[AD] The sun has finally made an appearance and the boys have been making the most of it by spending it
in the garden.
They’re go-to is always football and they’ve been trying to improve their aim and accuracy with the new Messi Foldable Footlball goal from the #MessiTrainingSystem range.
I love the fact the goal is foldable, making it easy to store away when not in use. It is also lightweight so you can effortlessly pack it up and take it to the park or to a friend’s house.
The Messi Foldable Football Goal retails at £36 and can be purchased from @argos

Thanks for sharing! I haven’t seen these in the US, but I am always looking for a good vitamin for my boys! #KCACOLS
My boys have taken these religiously since they were little x
I need to get my little boy some of these. He’s really bad at taking anything remotely like medicine-like but he could really do with getting some vitamins down him, so I think these might just be enticing enough!
#KCACOLS
Mine call them sweets and they taste like them too so I would definitely give them a go. Fingers crossed he likes them – let me know how you get on. x
Anything that can give a boost to our health to keep us going is definitely worth considering. Thanks so much for linking up at #KCACOLS. Hope you come back again next time!
Completely agree – its become part of the boy morning routine now
We have the normal bassetts vitamins at the moment which my son really likes, but I think we might try these ones next, I love the idea of adding the omega-3 to the mix. x #KCACOLS
The Omega-3 means one less thing to worry about in the Winter x
My little girl really loves these chewy vitamins. She always asks for another! #KCACOLS
My youngest does the same – he always wants more! 😉
I used to give Olivia supplements like this when she was younger but she doesn’t take any now she is older #kcacols
Anything that encourages our kids to support their health is fine by me – especially at this time of year as it gets colder and there are lots of bugs around. #KCACOLS
Exactly, there are lots going around this time of year. Thankfully, bar the odd sniffle my boys have been ok!
