Recipe: The best Chocolate Brownies
Everyone loves a chocolate brownie right? These are a firm favourite in our house and they never last very long! They are super chocolatey and moreish.

Chocolate Brownie Recipe
Ingredients (serves 10)
- 250g Butter
- 200g Dark Chocolate
- 80g Cocoa Powder
- 65g Plain Flour
- 360g Caster Sugar
- 1tsp Baking Powder
- 4 eggs
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a bowl. (or pop in the microwave for 2 mins)
3. In a separate bowl, sift in the cocoa powder, add the plain flour, caster usage and baking powder mix together.
4. Add in the melted chocolate and butter to the dry ingredients and mix.
5. Whisk eggs and add to the brownie mixture
6. Pop the brownie mix into a lined baking tray and cook on the middle shelf to 20-25 minutes
